6 weeks to Wellbeing – Weight Loss Programme
6 week coaching programme run by UK doctors specialising in Lifestyle Medicine, created to support you improve your health and wellbeing, with a focus on weight loss, using proven scientific evidence.
This 6 week programme is designed to transform the way you think about your health and wellbeing with a particular focus on weight loss, to empower you to make positive changes that are sustainable long-term.
You will be supported by Wellbeing Doctor’s team of certified Lifestyle medicine doctors, together with a group of like-minded individuals to learn about the key lifestyle factors that contribute to weight management. You will receive support and guidance as you make positive changes to your diet, exercise, stress management, sleep and other habits which influence weight management.

What you will learn

The science of habit formation and using proven methods to improve your health
Strategies for making healthy food choices and incorporating physical activity into your daily routine
Techniques for managing stress and improving sleep quality
Ways to stay motivated and accountable as you work towards your weight loss goals

Each week you will attend a live online group coaching session via Zoom, hosted by our team of UK doctors specialising in Lifestyle Medicine.
Six live 1 hour group coaching sessions via Zoom

You have the option to upgrade your package to include 30 or 60 minute 1 to 1 sessions with one of our team of doctors at a discounted rate.
Action Goals:
Attend all 6 live group coaching sessions via Zoom.
Complete all weekly action steps and activities.

Track your progress using the tools and resources provided.
