Dr Caroline Gibson

GP and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician

"I am passionate about encouraging the use of lifestyle medicine.  I have made lots of small changes to my own lifestyle using the evidence-based principles that I learned through lifestyle medicine, and over time these have made a huge difference to my wellbeing.  I aim to empower my patients to make effective and sustainable changes, tailored to their individual circumstances, to how they live life every day, in order to be healthier and feel great.

As a mum of three primary-school-age children juggling parenting and working, I am very familiar with how much of a juggle it can be trying to find that elusive work-life balance, and live a healthy lifestyle at the same time.  I believe coaching is a great tool to help achieve your goals and I will work with you to find the right solution for you."
