This website is owned and operated by Wellbeing Doctor Ltd. These terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information regarding lifestyle medicine and wellbeing as well as an opportunity to book an appointment with one of our team of lifestyle medicine physicians or health coaches. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing any part of the site, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of use in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions of Use in full, you must leave the site immediately.
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time without prior notice. Revised Terms and Conditions of Use will be published on this site.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. You must not copy, share or disseminate the information on this site which is subject to copyright for which all rights are reserved. This site is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that the content will be available or appropriate in other locations. This site is written in English and we do not take responsibility for any translations which are applied to this site.
Pricing. We reserve the right to change our prices for services and products at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The fee is paid by the customer in advance of sessions and/or per month or agreed timeframe based upon committed schedule.
Cancellation. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Wellbeing Doctor at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings to reschedule or cancel. Wellbeing Doctor Ltd reserves the right to bill the customer the full amount for a missed meeting or one cancelled within 24 hours of the arranged time. Wellbeing Doctor will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting.
If Wellbeing Doctor cancel a session (or part of) for any reason we will endeavour to give the customer as much notice as possible. If we need to cancel a part of a session for any reason we will offer the customer a credit for another full session at no additional cost. No refunds will be offered except in extenuating circumstances. In all cases, where we need to cancel a full session we will offer the customer a credit for another full session. Refunds will only be issued on request. No additional compensation will be offered in relation to additional costs incurred by the customer in relation to attending a booked session which has been cancelled by Wellbeing Doctor.
Refunds. After any coaching package has begun, any unused sessions will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled for up to 12 months after the initial payment. Refunds requested in writing prior to the beginning of the coaching package will be given in full, less a £50 administrative fee. All unused sessions expire 12 months after initial payment.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Wellbeing Doctor Ltd are the exclusive owners of all copy, software, graphics, designs and all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property or proprietary rights contained on or used in connection with the site, and associated social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Your use of the site and associated social media platforms grants no rights to you in relation to copyright, trademarks or other of our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of third parties.

You must receive written permission to re-purpose, copy and/or modify any content on this site, or content which is shared to you by email or on social media.
